A
little leisure time and a bit of self-love would harm nobody! You know very
well how much of time and effort you have been putting in to make your personal
and social life as sustainable and efficient as possible. And believe it or
not, we all have a limit to our energy to socialize. Rather, we all have a
limit to our energy to do anything at all. And so, some private time is a must
for each and every individual, we must take that 50-60 minutes break from our
daily routine once-in-a-while to recharge our energy levels and let the body
relax. What is the best way to do that, you ask? Well, there are a number of
options, of course. A nice day at your local massage parlour where they offer
all sorts of comforting facilities is always a good idea. Some places offer spa
time, hot water/steam baths as well as acupressure therapy. One might even try
acupuncture therapy if the need arises.
However,
some people seek out alternatives which wouldn’t make their bank balance drop.
And we are no one to complain! Some might just require a good night’s sleep to
energize themselves while others could prefer a nice long warm water bubble
bath in the comfort of their own bathtub, in their own washroom, safe and
secure at home. And that sounds just as
lovely as ever!
The moment you are all by yourself, slowly soaking in that pool of scented
bubbles, your favourite music playing on a small portable stereo, or even your
phone! And you light up some of those beautiful fragrant aroma therapy candles.
Maybe even put them in some fancy tealight candle
holders and place them at the edge of the bath tub. You breathe it all
in! All of it. And, for the cherry on top of everything? Pour yourself a glass
of wine, you have earned it! Spend some time with yourself and let the bath,
the wine, the music, the candles do their magic.
